The process of Data Recovery

Early diagnosis is to judge whether if the data recovery is possible or not, hence it is the most important step.
02.Contact us: How to recover data
Please call us at first- Please contact us by telephone for the first time. Expert operator will check the status of the damage of the product. Please do not hesitate to contact us as we will do our best to make the most suitable plan for you.
Check the status- We will ask questions such as what has been done already? Is there any error message pop us? Is there any noise? etc to check for the symptoms. We will send you a form by email or fax.
- Send the damaged media
- After the procedures listed above, please send the damaged media to us.
The Media is arrived- The damaged media is arrived at Worldsky. We will keep the media in different categories according to the causes of the damage securely.
Check the status of damage- Investigate the causes for the damage to understand if it is caused by the demage of hard disk or data, program, etc at early diagnosis.
The conclusions based on investigation- We will send you a report including an “Investigation Result Summary” which indicates the causes, damaged contents and a file list which lists the files can be recovered, and a budget on the recovery undertaking. After you confirmed with the report and budget, pease reply us if you would like to have the data recovery service. If you would like to use the data recovery service, please fill in the “Data Recovery Application Form” which is sent together with other documents and return to us by email or fax.
Hard disk is consumable. Those who decide early whether or not to take the data out have a considerably better opportunity to recover data. Moreover, at this time, if it is already too difficult to recover the data, or in case we do not recover any data, it will be returned to you.

After data is recovered, please confirm the contents.- Once the data is successfully recovered, we will contact you by telephone.
- Return the media
- When data recovery is finished, we will send you an invoice. For prepaid customer, we will start investigation after we have confirmed the bank transfer, more over, after the confirmation of the bank transfer we will pass you the recovered data.
Send the recovered media- We will send you CD-R, DVD-R, or removable hard disk (for massive storage) which contains the recovered data to you.
